Process
How a repair works
One repair number follows your scope from the first request to the final invoice, so the estimate, the repair record and the return shipment always line up.
- 1
Request a repair
Use the online form or contact us directly.
Tell us the manufacturer, model and serial number, and describe the problem your team is seeing. Never include patient information.
- 2
Get a repair number and shipping instructions
Please wait for these before shipping.
We review the request and reply with a repair (RMA) number, where to ship, and how to pack the scope. The repair number keeps your equipment, estimate, repair record and return shipment tied together.
- 3
Receiving and inspection
The scope is checked in and evaluated.
On arrival we confirm the device and serial number and record its condition. The evaluation covers leak testing, angulation, image and light, the insertion tube and bending section, channels, the distal tip and the control body, with photos of what we find.
- 4
Written estimate
You see the findings and the price first.
You receive a written estimate that lists the findings and the recommended repair. No work begins until you approve it. If further damage turns up during the repair, we stop and send a revised estimate for approval.
- 5
Repair and final testing
Approved work only, then tested.
Once you approve (with a purchase order number if your facility uses them), the repair is carried out and the scope is tested again before it leaves, with the results written down.
- 6
Return and documentation
Shipped back with its paperwork.
The scope ships back with tracking. You receive the final documentation and invoice, all under the same repair number.
