These terms cover your use of retechrepair.com. Repair work itself is governed by the written estimate you approve and any agreement between your facility and RETECH Endoscope Repair.

Content on this site describes our services and general information about endoscope care and repair. It is not medical advice and does not replace the manufacturer’s instructions for use or your facility’s reprocessing procedures.

Requests and estimates

Submitting a request does not create an obligation for either party. Prices, scope of work and timing are set out in the written estimate for each repair, and no repair work starts until you approve it.

Your submissions

You agree that the information you submit is accurate and that it contains no patient or other protected health information. Do not submit anything you are not authorized to share.

Tracking links

Tracking links are private to your repair. You are responsible for sharing them only with people who should see the repair’s status. We may disable a link at any time.

Trademarks

RETECH Endoscope Repair is an independent service provider and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the original equipment manufacturers named on this website. Product and company names are trademarks of their respective owners.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, access tracking pages that are not yours, or submit automated or abusive requests.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page is the current one.
